Booking Conditions

  1. When you are ready to make a booking please email or telephone us to check availability, we will then send you a Booking Form which we ask you to sign, accepting our Booking Conditions, and send it back with a 10% deposit, or full balance if your departure date is less than eight weeks at the time of booking.
  2. The deposit required to confirm the booking is non-returnable.
  3. All bookings are made and accepted subject to the terms set out in these conditions. When you make a booking you are entering into a contract with us. This contract is made on the terms of these Booking Conditions, which are governed by English law and both parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
  4. By signing and returning the Booking Form, the “Party Leader”, on behalf of all the guests in the party, is accepting the Terms & Conditions set out in this Document. The booking and payment obligations are made with the “Party Leader” and as such, this is the only member of the party with whom we will deal with in the case of any disputes.
  5. Please don’t make any amendments to the Booking Form. Dates cannot be altered by guests without prior approval from us. In cases where details are not correct, or where details on the Booking Form do not reflect the Holiday Rental period required by you, then please request a new Booking Form with the amended details. We cannot accept liability for additional costs incurred by you after making alterations to the Booking Form (such as for flights for dates other than those shown on the Booking Form).
  6. We recommend that all guests have adequate travel & personal accident insurance, as we can accept no responsibility or liability for any injuries or losses that may occur during your period of stay with us. Please show the name of the insurer and policy number on the Booking Form. If the information is not available at the time of returning the Booking Form please forward the information when it is available.
  7. There is a security deposit of £100 added to your invoice payable with your balance 8 weeks before travel. The security deposit will be sent back to you 2 weeks after your return if there is no damage to the property. As guests, you agree to pay us for the cost of repairing or replacing (at our discretion) any item of property, or contents at the Villa, which is damaged during your occupation. The person in whose name the booking is made acts on behalf of all other persons named, and becomes responsible to us for all payments in respect of the booking.
  8. Your accommodation is reserved from 4.00 p.m. on the day of your arrival. On the morning of the day of your departure, we ask you to vacate by 11.00am to give our helpers time to prepare the property for the next arrivals.
  9. It is your responsibility to make sure that you have received directions and key location before you travel. Normally you should have received this information at least 7 days before your stay at the Villa commences. In cases where this information has not been received you should contact us obtain this information.
  10. If a cot or high chair is requested please advise us. Cot linen is not provided; all other linen and towels, except for beach towels, can be found at the Villa.
  11. Electricity and water supplies are not as efficient in Spain as they are in the U.K. and can be erratic or subject to interruption. Low rainfall may result in an acute shortage of water as it does at home. Dogs barking, cockerels crowing, goat bells jingling and mosquitoes are all a part of the Spanish way of life and are largely unavoidable in such a rural district. We hope that you are able to take them in your stride and enjoy your holiday.
